Newly obtained body camera video shows Indiana State Police (ISP) unknowingly pulling over Kohberger and his father on December 15 during a cross-country drive. The video was shared on Twitter by Brian Entin of NewsNation. After explaining that the father and son were driving from Washington State University, where Kohberger was a Ph.D. student in criminal justice and criminology, the dad, who is in the passenger seat, says they’re “slightly punchy” because they’ve been driving for “hours and hours....

Brown’s three-game NFL suspension will end after the team’s Week 15 game against the Saints. Brown was suspended Dec. 2 for violating the league’s COVID-19 protocols. An investigation conducted by the NFL and the players association found that Brown was one of three Buccaneers players who misrepresented their vaccination status. Safety Mike Edwards and wide reciever John Franklin III were the others. According to the Tampa Bay Times’ reporting, Brown obtained a fake vaccination card over the summer....

The NBA levied a $50,000 fine on Milwaukee after Jon Horst said Antetokounmpo would be offered a five-year, $250 million deal in the summer of 2020. Horst publicly discussed the plans for Antetokounmpo’s contract at a fan townhall meeting. That’s a violation of the league’s rules governing the timing of discussing player contracts. “Under NBA rules, teams cannot commit to offer a ‘supermax’ extension before the summer following a player’s seventh season in the NBA,” the league said in a statement announcing the fine....

General manager John Hammond said Tuesday that Mitchell was signed to a 10-day contract. Mitchell spent much of the last two seasons with Milwaukee's D-League affiliate in Fort Wayne. The Bucks could use another scorer at small forward after buying out the contract of veteran Caron Butler. The 6-foot-6 Mitchell was averaging 19.4 points and 5.2 rebounds after returning to Fort Wayne in January. He played in China in the fall....
